It is said that rain on your wedding day is good luck!

There are a variety of reasons for this saying that you would find if you searched, one I personally really like is "Rain on your wedding day is good luck because it signifies that your marriage will last. As you may or may not know, a knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie, therefore when you 'tie the knot' on a rainy day, your marriage is supposedly just as hard to unravel!"

Angela & Troy's wedding day plans may have changed course a couple times over the last year, but I am so glad that in the end everything came together and this happy couple celebrated a picture perfect day. These two had lots of fun plans for their big day, lovely live music during their ceremony, an intimate sand ceremony with their family following their vows, personalized slideshow, an EPIC sparkler reception grand entrance, and so much more! After these love birds said their 'I do's' we gathered up their families for some photos outside, then headed off to Souris Valley road with the wedding party to finish off the portraits on the gorgeous tree lined roadway and surrounding areas. We did get little rain towards the end of the session and the bride and groom embraced the day and we ran with it (literally haha) making for some really fun shots! Afterwards everyone headed to Knox Hall for the reception. These sweet newlyweds had one amazing grand entrance with these very cool flameless sparkler machines followed by their first dance, then we all enjoyed an amazing dinner and partied the night away!

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Frail, thank you for trusting me to capture your special day for you 🥂
